The EASIEST Eclair Cake – The perfect no-bake recipe!

My mom has been making this cake for my family for as long as I can remember. The first time Jason tried it, he immediately declared it his favorite thing she'd ever made (besides her chicken and waffles). As per mom's requests, you need to use French vanilla pudding versus regular vanilla for a richer flavour.

This dessert is easy to prepare and requires no baking, making it the perfect dish for anyone to try. Who knew something that had only 5 ingredients with a little prep work could taste really good. To allow for more "cake" like texture, leave the cake in the refrigerator for several hours or overnight before serving.

Preparation time: 25 minutes | Overtime: 4 hours | Total time: 4 hours 25 minutes | Servings: 14 | Yield: 1 - 13" x 9" skillet

* Ingredients :

° 2 (3.5 oz) pkg . instant vanilla pudding mix

° 1 container (8 ounces) frozen whipped cream, thawed

° 3 c milk

° 1 (16 ounce) pkg Graham cracker squares

° 1 (16 oz) pkg prepared chocolate cream

* Directions :

Step 1: In a medium-sized mixing bowl, add milk, whisk, and pudding mixture. Stir until well blended.

Step 2: Add graham cracker squares to the bottom of a 13" x 9" baking tray.

Step 3: Spread the pudding mixture over the biscuit layer.

Step 4: Add another layer of biscuits on top of the pudding mixture.

Step 5: Put the rest of the pudding mixture on the biscuits.

Step 6: Place the remaining graham crackers on top of everything.

Step 7: Freeze the cake completely.

Step 8: Place the cake in the refrigerator for 4 hours to cool.

Step 9: Serve It Up and Enjoy!

++ NB:

Make sure to cool the cake first for about 30 minutes before adding the garnish.

Enjoy !
